I have spent the past few years gym-binging: hiring trainers at New York Sports Club, David Barton and Equinox always finding the trainers undereducated and sub par.  Several months ago I hired Paul Kostas to bring me back up to "fit" with the added challenge to him of working with my episodic low back pain — which has decreased significantly. I find Paul, and his fitness programs: to be sound, thoughtful and creative.  I would recommend him to anyone who wants to work hard and get results in a safe, effective and fun space. —Doug Coutu, LMT, CPT

I have been training with Paul Kostas for about a year now. I work as a model, so staying fit is part of my job. Paul not only is a great physical trainer, but is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition and anatomy. I've been training with Paul for nearly two years now. I've had other personal trainers in the past, but none that have had the sophistication and dedication to tailoring workouts to my specific goals at specific times. After having my third baby I wanted to regain my core so I began working with Paul to try to get back into shape.
