One-on-One Personal Training
Anyone willing to commit themselves to becoming a stronger, more capable athlete will get optimal results in this setting. In addition to training and nutritional counseling, the One-on-One program includes monthly body fat testing and movement screening to make sure we are effectively making progress toward your goals.
Semi-Private Small Group Training (2-4 people)
Join an existing group if there is an opening or create your own. This is a more affordable option for people comfortable working in small groups. Clients will be grouped together based on common goals with exercise modifications for the individual’s movement capabilities. Warm-up and movement-prep will be modified according to individual needs based on the movement screen outcome. Monthly body fat testing is an optional additional service.
