ABOUT

I’m really passionate about what I do— helping people achieve their goals to become fitter, faster and stronger.  This means staying on top of current research and attending seminars and conferences, committing myself to what works and delivering results.  When you train with me, you don’t just get an hour of supervised exercise.  I’ll create a plan specifically catered to you, while inside the gym with me and outside – keeping you on track for the other twenty-three hours of the day.  I will make myself available to you for daily online nutritional check-ins as well as guide you through additional exercise programming for the days you are not with me.  I’m not married to any one philosophy or exercise, and I believe that with the exception of the Shake Weight, almost everything can find a place in a well thought out training program.  Whatever your goals, however we approach them, I will make you a badass.

I'm the Director of Personal Training at Brooklyn Athletic Club, a state of the art trainng facilty in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  The gym features four floors of exceptional training space with endless current pools, infared saunas, an indoor field house with 90 feet of turf, free weights, plate loaded and selectorized machines.  And that's just the start of things.... 

I received an Associates Degree in Occupational Sciences for Massage Therapy with a certificate in Advanced Exercise Science from The Swedish Institute of Health Sciences.  I am Certified Personal Trainer and Insured through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).   Following below is a partial list of my other certifications.
